Jimmy Gardner did a practice speech titled “Persuation”. This is a project from the basic Communication Manual and the object is to persuade with power. Jimmy’s speech was terrific and great speech contest candidate. Expected time was 5 – 7 min. Actual time was 7:29 min.

Jose spoke about his ideal holiday…doing nothing. Time was 1:46 min.

We did not have all the contestants for our scheduled Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest so a regular meeting was conducted.

Speakers:
Jimmy Gardner – Jimmy delivered a practice contest speech titled “Harley Days”. Jimmy shared a story about his experience with the motorcycle squad during his early law enforcement days. Requested time was 5 – 7 min. Actual time was 7:08 min.
