Sue Stack – Sue’s speech titled “Woman Behind the APGAR Score” was a project from the Advanced Communication Storytelling Manual. Sue told us about the fascinating life of Dr. Virginia Apgar a pioneer in the field of medicine. Expected time was 7 – 9 min. Actual time was 9:19 min.

Table Topics:
Catalina led the table topics session.
Janice (guest) spoke about an important life changing event. Her time was 1:36 min.
Tranettea spoke about a gift for her mother on mothers day. His time was 1:30 min.
William spoke about Memorial Day. His time was 1:21 min.

Steve led the Evaluations session and introduced himself:

Nicole Kent gave her Icebreaker speech, Project No. 1 from the Communication and Leadership Manual. Nicole spoke about her desire to always improve herself through higher education. Expected time was 4:00 – 6:00 min. Actual time was 6:00 min.

Sue spoke about taking care of husband while during physical rehab. Time was 1:30.
