Speakers:
Nicole Kent – Nicole’s speech titled “It” was project No. 3 from Competent Communicator Manual. What was “It” that drew us to our spouses or significant others. Projected time was 5-7 min. Actual time was 6:48 min.
Catalina Augustin – Catalina’s speech titled “Victim” was project No. 10 from the Competent Communication Manual. Catalina spoke about how she was a victim of discrimination at a restaurant. Expected time was 8-10 min. Actual time was 10:04 min.

Table Topics:
Warren led the table topics session.
Sue spoke about the ordeal of taking care of her husband. Time was 3:00 min.
Nicole talked about preparing her favorite pasta dish. Time was 1:04 min.
Lorraine spoke about her 15 min of fame. Time was 1:30 min.

Evaluations:
William Clifford introduced the evaluators.
Nicole’s speech was evaluated by Lorraine. Evaluation time was 1:30 min.
Catalina’s speech was evaluated by Steve. Evaluation time was 2:10 min.
William conducted the general evaluation of meeting.

Nicole Kent – Nicole’s speech titled “Customer Service that Works” was project No. 2 from the Basic Communication Manual. The project was organizing your talk. Nicole spoke about the importance of customer service to any business organization. Expected time was 5 – 7 min. Actual time was 6:32 min.

Flor Lepervanche – Flor’s speech titled “Beauty of a Butterfly Wedding” was project No. 1 from the Advanced The Entertaining Speaker. The project was delivering an entertaining speech and Flor definitely entertained us with details from her daughter’s wedding. Expected time was 6 – 8 min. Actual time was 8:10 min.

Table Topics:
William Clifford led the table topics session.
Flor spoke about if she could go back in time. Her time was 1:16 min.
Jose spoke about where he does his best thinking. His time was 1:16 min.
